Nel 2023, Nicola Gallizia Design Studio ha curato il design degli interni delle hall di ingresso della prestigiosa Ocean & Forest Tower Residence, situata nella vivace città di Fukuoka, in Giappone. Questo progetto sofisticato rappresenta una sintesi elegante tra lo stile italiano contemporaneo e la sobria semplicità del design giapponese. Il tutto si inserisce armoniosamente nell’affascinante quartiere di Island City.
L’obiettivo era trasmettere fin dall’ingresso una sensazione immediata di lusso, serenità e stile, sia per i residenti che per i visitatori. L’attenzione ai dettagli garantisce un’esperienza visiva unica e memorabile.
Arredi e Illuminazione di Lusso | Ocean & Forest Tower Residence
Le hall sono state pensate come spazi in grado di evocare calore, comfort e un’accoglienza sofisticata. Per creare questa atmosfera, Nicola Gallizia ha selezionato arredi iconici del marchio italiano Molteni&C e dell’apprezzata azienda giapponese Arflex Jap. Ogni pezzo si integra con naturalezza in un contesto architettonico minimalista ed elegante.
L’illuminazione ha un ruolo chiave nel definire il carattere degli ambienti. Gli interni includono lampade moderne e raffinate del noto brand italiano Oluce, famoso per le sue linee pulite e senza tempo. Protagonista assoluto è il lampadario Crown di Nemo Lighting, un elemento scenografico che arricchisce la scena con giochi di luce suggestivi.

Ogni elemento delle hall è stato selezionato con grande cura per costruire una narrazione visiva coerente, fatta di lusso e raffinatezza. Le opere d’arte, realizzate o scelte personalmente da Nicola Gallizia, dialogano con le ceramiche firmate Milesi. Questi dettagli aggiungono texture, calore e un’eleganza senza tempo.

In 2023, Nicola Gallizia Design Studio masterfully curated the exclusive interior design for the entrance lobbies of the renowned Ocean & Forest Tower Residence, located in the vibrant city of Fukuoka, Japan. This sophisticated project represents a refined synthesis of contemporary Italian elegance and the restrained simplicity of Japanese aesthetics, set within the evocative Island City district.
The aim of the Ocean & Forest Tower Residence project was to immediately convey a sense of luxury, serenity, and style to residents and visitors upon entry. This focus on precision and detail ensures a unique and memorable first impression.
Exceptional Luxury Furniture and Lighting | Ocean & Forest Tower Residence
The lobbies have been conceived as spaces designed to evoke warmth, comfort, and sophisticated hospitality. To achieve this atmosphere, Nicola Gallizia selected iconic furnishings from the prestigious Italian brand
Molteni&C and the acclaimed Japanese brand Arflex Jap. These carefully chosen pieces integrate seamlessly with a minimalist and refined architectural context.
Lighting plays a crucial role in shaping the atmosphere. The interiors are enriched by elegant and contemporary fixtures from the renowned Italian brand
Oluce, known for its clean, timeless lines. The focal point is the majestic Crown chandelier by
Nemo Lighting, a dramatic centerpiece that creates mesmerizing light effects and enhances every architectural detail.

Every element of the Ocean & Forest Tower Residence lobbies has been meticulously selected to contribute to a cohesive visual narrative of luxury and sophistication. Special care was taken with the artistic direction, including works created or personally curated by Nicola Gallizia. Milesi ceramics further enrich the interiors, adding texture, warmth, and timeless elegance.
